Criteria for Designs
While the Design team tries to ensure that every web design meets our best practices and Conversion Optimization Principles, some were included rather than others. Here is the criteria we looked at when making this decision:
- Optimized for conversion: design should adhere to our Conversion Optimization Principles
- User-friendly and aesthetically pleasing
- Strong design unity
- Generating leads
- Accurate representation of the client’s brand
Who Is This For?
All employees should feel free to familiarize themselves with these designs. The portfolio is primarily for use by Sales, Project Management, and Marketing Coordinators when showcasing our design work.
Category Definitions
- Motion: Interactive elements on the website beyond simple hover-states that change color.
- Components: A component is an element of website structure. These are just a handful of the most common.
- Feel: The tone or personality of the entire site. Terms such as “professional” or “modern” that should apply to all of our website designs are not applicable here.
- Imagery: Our websites will frequently have a mix of stock and client-provided images, here we tagged when one is more prominent than another.
- Service: The major service niche for this website.
